James McCormick is our newest member and is in charge of all outdoor advertising. James comes to us out of retirement with over 20 years as an Alabama State Trooper. He and his wife Cherry moved here recently from Baldwin County. His schedule requires visiting each property we have listed on a weekly basis as a minimum and more often when required. Not only is he ensuring that our signs are maintained and replaced when necessary, but is also replenishing feature sheets as they get low.
Jerry Dean moved back to Guntersville after retiring as a commissioned officer with the United States Air Force. Immediately following his retirement, he obtained his Oklahoma Real Estate License and worked with the Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Agency in Edmond, Oklahoma as one of their top producers for 2 years. Following his return to Alabama, Jerry became Regional Sales Manager for Technical Laboratories, Associates in Birmingham.
Jerry Graduated from Florida Christian College in Tampa, Florida with an Associates of Arts Degree and from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration, additionally he has 45 semester hours toward a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Jerry has now been with the Ken Williams Sales Team 5 years and as Director of Marketing and Advertising with over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, continues to bring a fresh, enthusiastic and professional approach to his responsibilities.
Connie Dean has been a full time Realtor for the past 10 years and is a Lifetime Member of The Million Dollar Club, a member of The Marshall County Board of Realtors and a member of the Alabama Association of Realtors. Connie joined The Ken Williams Sales Team in January of 2000. She attended Star Power University-Team Training in September of 2002. She has sponsored a Student of the Month at one of the local high schools and has presented each winner with a plaque acknowledging his/her academic accomplishments.
Having three teenagers of her own, Connie is especially interested in being a role model for all students and encouraging them to strive for the very best, set goals and drive hard to achieve these goals.
Being the Sales Coordinator, Connie pledges to give each client the utmost of care from the listing to the closing of all transactions.
Ken began his Real Estate career in May 1983 and has been recognized by the Marshall County Board of Realtors as the Top Producer in Residential Real Estate for the past 15 years. He is a member of the Alabama Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, the Guntersville Rotary Club where he has been chosen 2004-2005 President, The Guntersville Chamber of Commerce and The Huntsville Chamber of Commerce. He is also a board member of the First Methodist Church of Guntersville and a former board member of The Marshall County Chapter of United Way. He is a 2004 graduate of the Marshall County Leadership challenge and a co-chairman of the American Red Cross Heroes Campaign. Ken has attained a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. He attended Star Power University-Team Training in September 2002.
Being the Team Leader and Listing Specialist, Ken pledges to do everything within his realm of knowledge to obtain the highest and best price in the shortest amount of time for every piece of property that we list.
